Mindfulness is simple
Mindfulness is noticing
Mindfulness is focusing attention
Mindfulness is gentle
Mindfulness is just being aware of what is there.
Just noticing.
Without a story about it.
Without ideas.
Without beliefs.
We can notice the movement of our breath, sensations in our bodies, feelings, and thoughts. We can notice sound, and we can notice what we see.
We just notice.
